Humble Beginnings

AAAL Exports Group set up its first small plant in 1991. Since then, we have grown into one of the most preferred partners for natural stone requirements in the domestic and overseas markets.
Our vast array of product offerings, coupled with our customer-centric approach, has made us the premier destination for importers across the globe.
Our in-house team of designers and architects, available 24×7, understands your specific requirements and ensures that every aspect of them is fulfilled.

Our Mission

Our company's philosophy lies in our mission: to take on what has never been done before and to serve the demands of our valued clients with a distinctive approach that fills the void.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become a globally renowned natural stone export house that places quality, innovation and commitment at the heart of serving our clients' needs.

Quality Assurance

At AAAL, quality is sacrosanct. At each step of the processing, the quality parameters are clearly defined.
Each workstation has well-defined checks, and every worker must adhere to them.
01.
Batch Identification

Each stone lot is identified by a batch lot number, which is assigned as soon as the lot is received from the quarry. This number traces the entire history of the stone as it moves through processing and on to final shipment to the customer.

02.
Physical Observation

The raw material is physically examined for any deformities and segregated to optimize the size & lot in which it will be finished.

03.
Cutting

Proper jigs & fixtures are employed according to the size to ensure that each cut piece is exactly square or rectangular, with right angles at the corners and a consistent thickness.

04.
Inspection

The back is honed or cleft first to level the rear surface. The machine settings are checked at regular intervals, and each honed or cleft piece is physically inspected for any chipping or variation in thickness. Defective pieces are removed and the rest are sent for water-jet washing.

05.
Hand Work

Mosaics and ledger panels are made by a skilled workforce; each piece is handpicked and worked into the tile by these artisans.

06.
Packing

Packing is a very critical stage in ensuring that tiles reach their destination in perfect condition. Each tile is inspected and cleared for packing in cartons. The cartons are then palletized in a wooden crate, which is fumigated and wrapped in polythene to keep out dust and water.

INFRASTRUCTURE

We are a renowned name in the natural stone industry.
In our industry, most of the work is done by skilled hands: large rocks are hammered, split several times and then cut into the desired sizes to become part of a tile.
Our plant is spread over an area of 65,000 sq ft, is well planned for each activity and is fitted with best-in-class machines for better precision and quality.
We are equipped with excellent infrastructure facilities, which make us a one-stop solution for all natural stone requirements.
